Shipping policy

HighDivide ships to all 50 U.S. states. Shipping rates are shown at checkout. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer to arrive.

In-stock orders ship within 2–3 business days. If a product has a different lead time, we list it on the product page. We’ll email you tracking when your order ships. Delivery estimates begin after shipment and depend on the carrier.

If we can’t ship within the stated timeframe, we’ll contact you with the option to accept a revised ship date or cancel for a full refund. If your package arrives damaged or tracking shows it was delivered but you can’t find it, contact us through our store’s contact page with your order number so we can help.
